The ability to plan and execute a complex operation relies on "foreseeing potential outcomes" first.
In security, human lives are at stake, so there is no room for errors.
A professional must consider various risk scenarios seriously and never underestimate potential threats. Identifying and diagnosing issues in advance helps prevent unwanted incidents later on. Striving for excellence leads to success, requiring perfectionism, original thinking, understanding people, processes, and patterns.
Shlomo’s "personal creed" is that there is no substitute for the human capital on the frontline, delivering the initial response.
The "Iron Swords War" serves as an example that appropriate operational readiness is critical in minimizing harm and essential both in routine and emergency situations. Since the outbreak of the war, Shlomo has been invited to participate in security panels on media outlets and has contributed to article-writing efforts.
